This Service Agreement is entered into between Veena Lenae AKA Rachel Grant AKA Mother Moon Sister, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the individual or entity subscribing to the Thirteen Moons Monthly Membership, hereinafter referred to as the "Member."

1. Membership Services: a. The Provider agrees to grant the Member access to the Thirteen Moons Monthly Membership, providing guided practices, lunar cycle information, and insights into practical magick.

2. Intellectual Property: a. All content provided within the Thirteen Moons Monthly Membership, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and instructional content, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. b. The Member agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the membership without explicit written consent from the Provider.

3. Health Disclaimer: a. The Member acknowledges and understands that any practices or information provided in the Thirteen Moons Monthly Membership do not claim in any way, to treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. b. The Member is encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before engaging in any practices suggested within the membership if they question the practices may affect their wellness.

4. Monthly Membership Fees: a. The Member agrees to pay the specified monthly membership fee as outlined in the payment terms upon subscription and/or renewal. b. The Provider reserves the right to modify the monthly membership fee at any time.  Members will maintain the initial rate of their membership, even if rates increase for new members in the future.

5. Membership Cancellation: a. The Member has the right to cancel their Thirteen Moons Monthly Membership at any time. b. If the Member chooses to cancel before the scheduled end of their billing cycle, no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining unused period.  If the Member wishes to re-subscribe at a later date, they will no longer be grandfathered into their initial rate.  Returning members who have lapsed their subscription will be expected to pay the same rate as current new members.

6. Termination: a. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. b. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately if the Member breaches any terms outlined in this Agreement.

7. Privacy Policy: a. The Provider will handle all personal information in accordance with the proper privacy policies.

8. Modifications: a. The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement, with any changes communicated to the Member in advance.

9. Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Member's residence and The United States of America,

10. Entire Agreement: a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Member and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Upon purchasing this membership, the parties hereto have executed this Thirteen Moons Monthly Membership Service Agreement effective as of the date of subscription.
