Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Core and Pelvic Floor Rehab Level One online course provided by Rachel Lenae Grant, otherwise known as Veena Lenae or Veena Lenae Rachel, and through Mother Moon Sister, LLC.
By accessing or using this course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Course.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using this Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, and any additional guidelines or rules provided by the Provider.
1.2 If you are accessing or using this Course on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. User Obligations
2.1 You agree to use this Course for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must promptly notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. Course Access and Use
3.1 The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 You may not:
a) Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Course or any course materials to any third party without the Provider's prior written consent.
b) Use the Course in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the Provider or any third party.
c) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Course or its underlying technology.
d) Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Course's functionality or security.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All course materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, exercises, and other content provided through the Course, are the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the course materials without the Provider's explicit written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Course or the course materials.
5.2 The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Modifications to the Terms
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Course website.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of the Course’s origin or jurisdiction.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

1.1 All course materials provided through the Core and Pelvic Floor Rehab Level One online course are owned by Mother Moon Sister, LLC., and Rachel Lenae Grant, otherwise known as Veena Lenae Rachel or Veena Lenae, or licensed to the Provider, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
1.2 The course materials include, but are not limited to, text, images, videos, exercises, and any other content made available to users during the Course.
2. Restricted Use
2.1 Users of the Course are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the course materials without the explicit written permission of the Provider.
2.2 Users may access and use the course materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to their participation in the Course.
3. Permission Requests
3.1 Users who wish to use specific course materials for purposes beyond personal, non-commercial use must submit a written request for permission to the Provider.
3.2 Permission requests should include detailed information about the intended use, including the specific course materials, the purpose of use, and any other relevant details.
3.3 The Provider reserves the right to grant or deny permission requests at its sole discretion.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringements
4.1 The Provider respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Course to do the same.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into between Mother Moon Sister, LLC. And Veena Lenae Rachel, otherwise known as Veena Lenae or Rachel Lenae Grant, and the undersigned participant ("Receiving Party") for the purpose of protecting the confidential and proprietary information disclosed by the Disclosing Party during the online course, online community, and live streams (collectively referred to as the "Program").
1. Confidential Information
1.1 Definition: "Confidential Information" refers to any information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, including but not limited to course materials, trade secrets, proprietary knowledge, business strategies, customer lists, financial information, and any other information that is not publicly available.
1.2 Exclusions: The obligations under this Agreement do not apply to information that:
a) Was already known to the Receiving Party before disclosure by the Disclosing Party.
b) Is or becomes publicly available without breach of this Agreement.
c) Is rightfully obtained by the Receiving Party from a third party without any obligation of confidentiality.
d) Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to the Confidential Information.
2. Non-Disclosure Obligations
2.1 The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information disclosed by the Disclosing Party during the Program and to use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of participating in the Program.
2.2 The Receiving Party shall exercise reasonable care to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information and shall not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
2.3 The Receiving Party agrees to restrict access to the Confidential Information to only those individuals who have a need to know and who have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
3.1 The Disclosing Party retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Confidential Information.
3.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights or licenses to the Receiving Party, except as necessary for the participation in the Program.
4. Duration of Agreement
4.1 This Agreement shall remain in effect during the duration of the Receiving Party's participation in the Program and for a period of [insert time frame] after the completion or termination of the Program.
5. Remedies
5.1 In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, as well as any other remedies available under applicable law.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of The Program’s origin and/or jurisdiction.
7. Entire Agreement
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.



Payment and Refund Policy
1. Payment
1.1 Payment for the Core and Pelvic Floor Rehab Level One online course provided by Mother Moon Sister, LLC. And Rachel Grant, otherwise known as Veena Lenae or Veena Lenae Rachel, is required to access and participate in the Course.
1.2 The payment methods accepted by the Provider may include credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer, or any other methods specified by the Provider.
1.3 All payments must be made in the currency specified by the Provider.
2. Course Fees
2.1 The fees for the Course will be clearly indicated on the Provider's website or registration page. The fees are subject to change at the discretion of the Provider, but any changes will not affect the fees for participants who have already enrolled in the Course.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are provided in accordance with the following conditions:
a) Full refunds will be issued if the participant requests a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase or course enrollment. The specified timeframe will be clearly communicated to participants.
b) No refunds will be provided after the specified timeframe, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3.2 Refund Procedure: To request a refund, the participant must contact the Provider via the designated refund request channel (email [email protected]) and provide the necessary information for verification.
3.3 Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method and in the same currency as the original payment. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to process the refund within a reasonable timeframe after the request is approved.
4. Course Cancellations or Modifications
4.1 Provider's Right to Cancel or Modify: The Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify the Course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or technical issues. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or full refunds, will be offered.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 Any disputes or disagreements related to payments or refunds shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the participant and the Provider.
5.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, either party may pursue any available legal remedies in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction specified in The Program’s policies.
6. Amendments
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Provider's website or notifying participants via email.



Code of Conduct
Introduction
The Core and Pelvic Floor Rehab Level One online course provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for participants. This Code of Conduct sets forth guidelines for participation in the Course's online community and live streams to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all. By participating in the Course, you agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct.
1. Respectful and Inclusive Behavior
1.1 Treat all participants with respect and kindness, regardless of their background, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or abilities.
1.2 Be mindful of the impact of your words on others.
1.3 Do not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying, including but not limited to offensive comments, personal attacks, or unwanted advances.
2. Confidentiality and Privacy
2.1 Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants. Do not share any personal or sensitive information shared within the Course's online community or during live streams without explicit permission.
2.2 Do not record, screenshot, or distribute any content from the Course's online community or live streams without permission from the Provider and other participants involved.
3. Constructive Communication
3.1 Engage in constructive and meaningful discussions that contribute to the learning and growth of the community.
3.2 Be open to different perspectives and opinions, even if they differ from your own. Encourage respectful dialogue and avoid personal attacks or inflammatory language.
3.3 If providing feedback or criticism, do so in a constructive and respectful manner, focusing on ideas rather than individuals.
4. Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations
4.1 Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights when participating in the Course's online community and live streams.
4.2 Do not share or distribute any content that violates copyright, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.
5. Reporting and Enforcement
5.1 If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report the incident promptly to the Provider through the designated reporting channel (email [email protected] or phone 319-371-4830).
5.2 The Provider reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to warnings, temporary or permanent removal from the Course, and legal remedies if necessary.
6. Amendments
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Code of Conduct at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised code on the Provider's website or notifying participants via email.

5. Limitation of Liability

Monitoring and Enforcement Policy
Introduction

And Rachel Lenae Grant, otherwise known as Veena Lenae or Veena Lenae Rachel, aims to create a safe and respectful environment for all participants. This Monitoring and Enforcement Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for monitoring participant activities and enforcing appropriate behavior within the Course, online community, and live streaming sessions.
1. Monitoring Participant Activities
1.1 The Provider reserves the right to monitor participant activities within the Course, online community, and live streaming sessions to ensure compliance with the Course policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable laws.
1.2 Monitoring activities may include reviewing participant communications, content posted in the online community, and recordings of live streaming sessions. However, the Provider does not assume a duty to actively monitor all participant activities and cannot guarantee the detection of every violation.
2. Violations and Consequences
2.1 Violations: Any participant found engaging in behavior that violates the Course policies, Code of Conduct, or applicable laws may be subject to enforcement actions.
2.2 Enforcement Actions: Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:
a) Verbal or written warnings issued to the participant.
b) Temporary or permanent suspension of the participant's access to the Course, online community, or live streaming sessions.
c) Removal of specific content posted by the participant.
d) Legal action, if necessary, in cases of severe or repeated violations.
2.3 Discretion of the Provider: The Provider has the sole discretion to determine the appropriate enforcement actions based on the circumstances of each case.
3. Reporting Violations
3.1 Reporting Process: Participants who witness or experience any violations of the Course policies, Code of Conduct, or applicable laws should promptly report the incident to the Provider through the designated reporting channel (email [email protected] or phone 319-371-4830).
3.2 Anonymous Reporting: Anonymous reporting of violations is permitted; however, providing identifying information may aid in the investigation and resolution of the reported violation.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
4.1 Participant Privacy: The Provider will make reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of participants involved in reporting or enforcement processes, to the extent permitted by law.
4.2 Limitations: While the Provider will handle reported violations with sensitivity and discretion, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, particularly if legal requirements necessitate disclosure.
5. Appeals Process
5.1 Appeals: Participants who believe that enforcement actions taken against them are unjust or unfair may submit an appeal to the Provider within 7 days from the date of notification of the enforcement action.
5.2 Appeal Review: The Provider will review the appeal and assess its merits. The decision made by the Provider regarding the appeal will be final.
6. Amendments
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Monitoring and Enforcement Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Provider's website or notifying participants via email.
