This yoga flow uses breath work and movement to aid your lymphatic system, turn on your parasympathetic nervous system, and boost your overall immunity.

 

 

Yin/Restorative Yoga with a Chair

 

This 1 hour practice includes both yin and restorative yoga poses to help fully relax the body and nervous system.

 

Props Needed: 1 chair, 1-2 blankets

 

Moon Salutations (Alternate Variation)

 

This is an alternate variation of Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutation. Enjoy this flow at a New Moon or Full Moon.

 

For women, this is a supportive practice during ovulation time.
