Step into the warmth and challenge of our Infrared Hot Yoga class!  Designed for Yogis with a basic understanding of poses and terminology, this class offers a dynamic fusion of Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, rooted in the style of Hatha and influenced by Astrology. Experience a more challenging session as you flow through intermediate poses, all while being enveloped by the therapeutic infrared heat. The combination of movement and physical effort under the infrared heat can make temperatures feel like 90-100+ degrees, encouraging deeper stretches, detoxification, and a heightened sense of well-being.

Unwind and rejuvenate with Restorative Roll Out & Yoga Nidra class! This unique relaxation experience begins with a self-trigger point release session, where you'll use massage balls to gently knead away tension, preparing your body for deep rest. After releasing physical stress, we transition into the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as "Sleep Yoga".

In this hypnotic-like guided meditation, you'll be led into a state of profound relaxation, designed to make you feel as if you've enjoyed a revitalizing three-hour sleep! You'll also get introduced to the concept of "sankalpa", a visualized intention that allows you to tap into your co-creative potential.

This practice is more than just a relaxation class.  This is an opportunity to step into a 5D reality where you can actively participate in shaping your future. Join us for this immersive experience and discover the power of restorative relaxation and intentional living.

Get out of the studio and practice Yoga with a purpose!  Our donation-based Yoga classes take place on Sundays at 10am on Lake Geode Beach throughout the spring and summer.  All levels are welcome, from beginners to seasoned Yogis. You will explore gentle poses and breathwork, with modifications and advancements offered to accommodate YOUR body. Beyond physical postures, the class also incorporates Pranayama, the art of breath control, and Meditation, the art of conscious focus, to foster a deeper connection with your inner self. Each session lasts for about an hour, and 100% of proceeds go to Friends of Geode.  It is recommended to bring a towel or blanket, rather than a mat, for the sand or grass.
