Rachel (Veena) and Heather met in 2017 at a Baby Yoga Teacher Training in Des Moines, Iowa.  With Heather being a new mother and Rachel at 19 weeks pregnant, both were navigating life and healing while expanding paths as teachers and space-holders.  They instantly connected and stayed in touch, supporting one another as journeys evolved. In 2021, the friendship shifted into more alignment when Heather began offering sound healing sessions at Rachel's studio, Mother Moon Yoga.
